Yorkshire Farm Engagement Shoot | Jenny & Andrew (& Billy!)

I often get asked by couples if they can bring their dog along to their engagement shoot, but I must say a horse was a new one for me. We tried to not let him steal the show but I mean really, look at him!

So handsome! We did have to lead him back to the stables eventually when it became clear that he was not so keen on playing a supporting role…

But since he couldn’t make it to the wedding (insert bad joke about finding shoes to fit) it was lovely to have him involved in the engagement shoot and I like to think there’s a huge framed print of him hanging over Jenny & Andrew’s fireplace! Once Billy was safely back in his field Jenny, Andrew and I spent some time wandering the surrounding countryside, getting them warmed up for their wedding at Wood Hall in a few weeks’ time (which I’ll be sharing very soon!) x

    *I say slightly, she recently told me that traffic lights are the bane of her life, and she names everything "Cantameen". Send help!

Whether it's your wedding day, you're expecting or have just had a baby, or you simply want to capture your loved ones the way they are right now, my aim is to document unique moments in time to create a beautiful set of images that you will treasure for many years to come. My style combines photojournalism with beautiful portraits, and my fun and relaxed approach makes you feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera – I want you to actually enjoy having your photograph taken!

    Although I’m based near Ilkley I cover all of Yorkshire and I’m actually happy to travel anywhere for weddings and portrait shoots.
