My family photography shoots usually take place outdoors where your little ones can run around, and we are spoilt for choice here in Yorkshire! However we can absolutely do the shoot at your home if you prefer. The sessions are very relaxed and mostly documentary in style - I'll provide a little guidance but I'm mostly there to capture you all as you are together.
As with my other portrait shoots I don't have strict rules about what to wear, although I do recommend avoiding big logos or cartoon characters. If you do want more advice on outfits choices I've written a blog post with lots of helpful tips on what to wear! It's mostly important that you're comfortable and feel like yourselves.

Baby shoots can be done at your home, or if it's warm enough we can meet outdoors somewhere. If we're at your home I'll usually try and get some of them in a favourite outfit and some with no clothes on. If you're not comfortable with this we can do some in just a plain white vest so we can still see those gorgeous folds and little toes!
I like to get a mixture of shots of baby by themselves and also some with you, even if it's just your arms giving them a cuddle!
If you're baby is aged up to 4 weeks then head over to my newborn info page to find out more about my shoots for this age group!
If this sounds like what you're looking for then make sure to take a look at my Portrait Photography Galleries for loads of gorgeous photos from my recent shoots with babies and kiddos of all ages!
Packages start at £150, and you can visit my Portraits Pricing section to find out more. Here you'll also find prices for booking multiple sessions to document your little one's first year which is something I love to do!
If you're expecting or have recently had a little one then head back to my main portraits info page where you'll find links to my maternity and newborn shoot information as well.
And of course if you would like to find out more or to book in a shoot please fill in the enquiry form!

More 2025 faves, starting with some over enthusiastic confetti-throwing which resulted in probably my favourite candid moment of the year!

2025 // Reels are great but I do love a good old fashioned carousel post 🤍 So I thought I`d also spread my 2025 highlights across a few more squares on the grid, in no particular order. Or any semblance of order at all 😆 Here`s Part One...

2025, you were a LOT 🥹✨
34 weddings. 40 family shoots.
A 40th birthday 😬
Trips near, far, and everywhere in between.
Old favourite venues, shiny new ones, and one very special sheep called Bunny (still not over her tbh 🐑💍).
Looking back through these photos is a proper reminder of how lucky I am to do this job and work with the best people. Yorkshire, you’ve been excellent as always!
I’ve shared my favourite moments from the year over on the blog — real weddings, real emotion, zero awkward posing ✌️
Link in bio if you fancy a nosey 👀
Nearly booked for 2026 and very ready to be back at The Tithe Barn all the time 😂

2025 Wedding Highlights pending ✌️
Nearly finished!! Unfortunately it was another cracker of a year so my first round up cut it down to 800 photos and I had to try again 😂
